Please remember we are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. A credit card is required upon scheduling regardless of gift certificates.
After scheduling your appointment through our Vagaro site, Vagaro will send you a text/email to fill out an intake form (for each separate appointment) asking what your goal is for that days massage and the option to add any upgrades!
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled time, so you can rest and relax your feet on our Himalayan salt domes. Please silence your cell phone and Shhh… as other clients are in session.
Please remember all of our therapists are independent and take their own form of payment. That credit card that is withheld in Vagaro helps protect us from last minute cancellations and no call no shows.
There is a 20% FEE for all appointments requested for the same day.
Because we’re experiencing an increased amount of last minute cancelations and people rescheduling, all services whether scheduled online, over the phone, or in the studio, will now require a credit card to be held on file. Please note- the card will NOT be charged, unless the service is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours prior to the appointment or in the case that the client does not show.
Sometimes, the need to cancel or reschedule occurs because of very valid reasons such as illness, injury, scheduling conflicts and so forth. We do, wholeheartedly, understand that things happen and sometimes they happen at the last minute. However, the appointment slot was scheduled and if something happens (emergency or not), it is extremely challenging to get the spot rebooked in such a short amount of time. In fact, it’s near impossible. You may send someone in your place to avoid any cancelation fees. Please ask your Therapist, as they are all independent, about their personal cancelation policy & what they offer if they need to cancel at last minute as well.
Our Therapists have planned their day (inside and outside the studio) around their appointments. We have always expressed complete compassion for our clients, extended our hours, came in on our scheduled days off, rearranged our personal plans, and more, so we may accommodate the needs and wants of our clients. We are invested in our clients as well as the massage & bodywork that we provide.
We appreciate your understanding and hope that this doesn’t deter anyone from scheduling with us. We know that by implementing this change we will weed out all those who do not respect us as professionals, our time that we put into our bodywork, and the leniency that we have expressed for over half a decade now.
All specials are offered by each individual therapist. Clients must put their PROMO CODE into the notes when scheduling online or it must be mentioned during time of scheduling, NO ACCEPTIONS!
